1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

FrostHook Fishing provides guided ice fishing tours for beginners and all experience levels. Our services include:

• Guided ice fishing tours of various durations and types
• Provision of ice fishing equipment for use during tours
• Safety instruction and supervision during all tour activities
• Information and resources about ice fishing via this website

This website is for informational purposes only. No direct purchases can be made through the website; all bookings are confirmed via direct communication (email or phone).

3. Tour Bookings and Reservations

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by FrostHook Fishing. A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

Booking inquiries made through our contact form do not constitute a guaranteed reservation until confirmed in writing by our team.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 72+ hours notice: Full refund of any deposit or payment made
• 48–72 hours notice: 50% refund or 100% credit toward rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours notice / No-show: No refund
• Cancellation by FrostHook Fishing (unsafe conditions, etc.): Full refund or free rescheduling

5. Health, Safety, and Liability

Participation in ice fishing activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to: cold weather exposure, slipping on ice, equipment use, and proximity to open water. By booking a tour, you:

• Acknowledge and accept these inherent risks
• Confirm that you are in adequate physical health to participate
• Agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our guides
• Agree to sign our liability waiver prior to participation

FrostHook Fishing is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from failure to follow guide instructions or from inherent risks of the activity, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Age Requirements

Minimum age requirements apply to our tours:

• Beginner Intro Tour: 10 years old (with adult)
• Full Day Adventure: 10 years old (with adult)
• Family Ice Fishing Day: 6 years old (with parent/guardian)
• Sunset & Stars Night Tour: 16 years old
• Corporate tours: 18+ (or with adult consent)

7. Equipment and Property

All equipment provided by FrostHook Fishing remains our property. Participants are responsible for the reasonable care of equipment during use. Intentional damage or gross negligence resulting in equipment damage may be charged to the participant.

8. Photography and Media

FrostHook Fishing may photograph or record tours for promotional purposes. By participating in a tour, you grant us permission to use images or video in which you appear for marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify your guide at the start of the tour.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on frosthookfishing.com, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of FrostHook Fishing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict others' use of the website. We reserve the right to terminate access to the website for violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
