Most common questions from beginners before their first ice fishing tour.
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates and the popular Full Day and Night tours. During peak season (January–February), spots fill up 3–4 weeks ahead. Corporate and large group bookings should be made 4–6 weeks in advance. Same-day bookings may occasionally be available — call us to check!
We offer full refunds for cancellations made 72+ hours before your tour. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund or full credit for rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable. If we cancel due to unsafe ice conditions, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
All tours meet at the Lake Tomahawk Marina, 4628 Main St, Lake Tomahawk, WI 54539. We provide detailed directions and parking information upon booking confirmation. From the marina, we transport everyone to the fishing location by snowmobile sled or walk (depending on the spot). Meeting time is typically 30 minutes before the tour start.
